Transition to Natural Skincare

When transitioning to the natural skincare products of LE PURE, there are a few important considerations to keep in mind.

The LE PURE certified organic skincare products differ significantly from anything you may have tried before, as they work on a deeper level, not just on the skin’s surface. You might be accustomed to sensations on your skin created by certain substances, such as chemically modified fats that form a layer on the skin.

While these artificial fats might give the feeling of well-nourished skin, they only offer a temporary illusion. To truly understand your skin’s condition, we recommend pausing all skincare products for 2–3 days. Unlike these products, LE PURE does not contain chemically modified fats.

Instead, our formulations penetrate instantly into the deeper layers of the skin to regenerate from within. As our products work internally, they also reveal the true condition of your skin on the surface. In many cases, you may find your skin is undernourished and without the artificial layer it can feel dry, dehydrated, and tight.

The medicinal plants in LE PURE products regenerate the skin from the inside. However, it is important to note that it takes at least one skin cycle (approximately 4 weeks) for the skin to renew itself. After this initial period, any discomfort on the skin’s surface should start to diminish. In some cases, it might take several skin cycles for the feelings of dryness and tightness to fully improve.

Once you have navigated through the first phase of transition, you will notice continuous improvements in your skin. It will become more resilient against environmental stressors, UV radiation, and premature aging. This process is comparable to adopting a balanced, organic diet. Consuming an organic apple on the first day won’t instantly make you healthier. However, nourishing your body with premium nutrients over an extended period will result in a stronger, rejuvenated organism.

Can you mix different brands of skincare?

Whether you can mix different brands of skincare is a frequent question we get asked. The ingredients of one brand were selected to work synergistically with one another to deliver optimal results and avoid skin reactions. Ingredients from different brands may conflict and potentially limit the results.

The LE PURE formulations boast an exceptional concentration of medicinal plants, enhancing the skin’s natural functions with each application. A crucial skin function is the elimination of toxins and unrecognizable substances. Using LE PURE products stimulates the skin’s detoxification mechanisms.

However, many skincare products, including most certified organic ones, contain substances unfamiliar to the skin. When the skin is encouraged to purify itself with LE PURE products but simultaneously encounters an unfamiliar substance from another brand, it may attempt to expel it.

This expulsion process can lead to reactions such as redness, irritation, dryness, and scaling. Even if you’ve never reacted to another brand’s product before, the combination with LE PURE’s potent medicinal plant nutrients may trigger this elimination mechanism. If you wish to use the remaining product contents from other brands, we recommend alternating days of application between LE PURE and the other brand to minimize the risk of skin reactions.

Be aware that combining LE PURE products with conventional cleansers containing soap substances or synthetic detergents (syndets) may hinder the progress of your LE PURE skincare routine. These cleansing agents can damage the skin’s hydrolipidic film, even if they are certified organic or marketed for sensitive skin.
